    • Domestic Shipping (Nepal): 3-7 business days.

We offer returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Prescription eyewear (unless faulty or incorrect).

    • Contact lenses (unless unopened and in original sealed packaging).

    • Gift cards and final sale items.
